The building is finished in almost black wood, with timber boards assembled in a consistent rhythm resulting in a seamless composition. The only section which stands out is the entrance area with its smooth metal door. To emphasize the unity of the architecture, a wooden footbridge built to complement the landscape leads to the house and around it. The top floor faces south ensuring plenty of sunlight; to make the most of it the upstairs bedroom opens up onto a spacious terrace with an urban garden. The ground floor hosts several utility rooms and a spa.
