This exclusive apartment building, located 50 metres from the sea, once served as an actual picture house, contains a myriad of associations to films and
theatre. The façade features wood motifs with a projection of pine shadows, while perforated Venetian blinds of different colours are visible in the windows. The lobby does not hide the structural elements of the building, which, in turn, serve as a backdrop for contemporary interior design elements. The courtyard resembles an old film — with a garden boasting an open fireplace and a playground for children. The comfort and elegance of this building is complemented by individual wine cabinets built in to each apartment.
