Year: 2015—in progress

Area: 6500 m2

Amidst a fantastic Caucasian landscape, in one of its greenest areas, lies a hotel, restaurant and spa. The architecture aims to naturally set the building within the mountainous scenery, while simultaneously hinting at a sense of plasticity. Each hotel room offers a view in at least three directions. The emphasis in the interior is more on texture than design, featuring locally sourced natural materials such as wood, basalt, noble metals and stone. A small number of traditional ornaments are placed ascetically throughout the building without drawing attention away from the beauty of the natural surroundings.
